## Summary

Amadeus Fire has been supported on multiple digital platforms. This included the Amadeus FiRe Academy, optimizations around onboarding processes as well as the technical implementation and support of the careers page.

Role: Bajorat Media took over technical conception, WordPress development, implementation according to customer design specifications, hosting, maintenance and ongoing technical support.

Outcome: The collaboration combines internal training, recruiting communication and long-term technical responsibility for digital systems during ongoing operations.

The Amadeus Fire Group is one of the leading providers of personnel services and professional training in Germany. Amadeus Fire AG places specialists and managers, particularly in the commercial and IT sectors.

The collaboration with Bajorat Media includes multiple digital systems. This includes the Amadeus FiRe Academy for employees, advice and further development around onboarding routes as well as the technical implementation of the career page.

For the careers page, design specifications and design principles came from the customer. Bajorat Media focused on the technical development, hosting, maintenance and long-term support of the web platforms.

## From internal training to career communication.

The work combines internal systems, recruiting communication and permanently supervised technical fundamentals.

### Amadeus FiRe Academy

The first project to be implemented was the Amadeus FiRe Academy for employees. The platform bundled further training content and created a digital basis for internal qualification.

### Optimization and onboarding

The platform was subsequently optimized and expanded. This included advice and technical support relating to onboarding processes, routes and procedures.

### Career page

This was followed by the current Amadeus Fire careers page. Bajorat Media implemented the platform completely according to the customer's specifications and prepared it for ongoing operations.

### Hosting, maintenance and infrastructure

To this day, Bajorat Media supports technical infrastructure, hosting as well as service and maintenance work relating to the websites it maintains.
