## Summary

Together with JRC Capital Management, a complex onboarding and depot opening process for new customers was digitized, from the interest form to the connection to the depot opening.

Role: Bajorat Media provided support with consulting, UX concept, form process, technical development, automatic document and contract creation as well as API connection to Interactive Brokers.

Outcome: The process led to registration, identification, risk profile, investment selection and depot opening in a clearer digital route with better user guidance.
