Web design & conception
Bajorat Media is a web design agency that brings together positioning, user guidance, content and technical implementation. Our goal: a presence that is understood and works measurably.
overview
Many websites fail not because of their appearance, but because of unclear messaging, weak structure or lack of prioritization. Visitors need to quickly understand what you offer, why it is relevant and what next step makes sense. That's why we think Responsive web design, content and technical implementation already together in the conception.
We translate offers, target groups and benefit arguments into page structure, navigation, modules and clear messages.
Design determines what is seen first, how quickly trust is created and whether visitors find the next step.
We think about WordPress, performance, editing, SEO and maintainability right from the start, instead of making compromises later.
Services
We don't design a loose collection of beautiful pages, but rather a digital system of structure, content, interface and technical basis.
We clarify target groups, search intentions, competition, existing content and the most important conversion goals.
Navigation, page structure, content modules and internal links are planned so that users and search engines get orientation.
We develop a high-quality, brand-oriented design with clear typography, strong layouts and responsive components.
The design is implemented in a technically sound manner: maintainable, high-performance, editorially sensible and without unnecessary PageBuilder ballast.
Image sizes, CSS, JavaScript, caching and interactions are planned to keep the website fast.
Contact channels, forms, CTAs and trust elements are integrated so that they fit the customer journey.
Sequence
A relaunch becomes easier if decisions are made in the right order.
We analyze goals, offerings, target groups, existing website, content and technical framework conditions.
Sitemap, page types, content modules, user journey and SEO basics are defined as a robust concept.
We develop design direction, central templates and responsive states before the technical implementation starts.
The website is built, tested, filled, optimized and prepared for ongoing operation in WordPress.
Building blocks
A web project is not made of drafts but of decisions that are hard to take back later. These four we build first.
Conception
Before anything is designed, it is settled which page answers which question and how success will be measured.
Structure
Sitemap, navigation, internal routes and conversion areas are built as one connected system, not page by page.
Design system
Components, spacing and typography are defined once and then carry every new page — including the ones that do not exist yet.
Quality
Core Web Vitals, accessibility, redirects, forms and mobile operation are signed off before the site goes live.
Deepening
For many companies, a website is no longer just a business card. It is a sales area, recruiting channel, support point, SEO basis and trust anchor at the same time. For recruitment marketing, we design the journey from employer content to an application.
The site structure comes first, the draft second. Then the content fits a layout built for it.
A modern web design must show what a company does differently and why it is relevant. It is not enough to define colors and distances. What matters is what information appears when, what objections are answered and how visitors are led from the first impression to action.
We therefore work with modular page types, clear content priorities and reusable UI elements. This creates consistency and later helps the editorial team to create new content in a structured manner.
WordPress can be very lean, fast and flexible if the architecture, theme, fields, components and editorial logic are carefully planned. This is exactly where the difference lies between a website that is just published and a website that can be maintained and developed over the long term.
We pay attention to templates, performance, SEO basis, data protection, Accessibility, maintainability and clear editorial workflows. This creates a system that doesn't technically break with every little request for content.
If the concept results in individual functions, interfaces or special content models, we connect directly WordPress development to. For growth goals, SEO, tracking and Online marketing not only considered after the launch.
Responsive web design
Mobile use, large desktop screens, tablets, touch controls and different connection speeds must be taken into account when designing the web.
Responsive web design is more than a layout made smaller. Navigation, forms, CTAs, image formats, tables, teasers, spacing and loading behavior must be planned so that users can quickly find their way on any device.
That's why we consider responsive requirements for sitemaps, page types, content modules and WordPress implementation. The in-depth performance page explains what is important in responsive websites in detail.
Relaunch & optimization
A complete rebuild is not always the best answer. We first clarify which solution fits the goal - not which one creates the largest project scope.
We tell you in the first conversation which of the two routes is enough. Even when that argues against the bigger project.
A relaunch makes sense if technology, structure and positioning drift so far apart that targeted optimization would require more effort than rebuilding. Typical situations: outdated theme with no scope for development, fundamentally changed target group or positioning, mountain of technical debt due to many individual solutions or a website that measurably no longer generates any inquiries.
A good relaunch starts with the question of which problems the new website should solve. Conception, page structure and content strategy come before Figma.
If the technology and brand are fundamentally good, but individual areas are weak, targeted optimization is often the more efficient way. New performance pages, revised CTAs, better performance, an updated design or a new conversion element can make a measurable difference without rebuilding the entire website.
We honestly examine which variant makes sense for the specific goal. Sometimes a targeted intervention is enough - sometimes a new construction is the more economical decision, even if it means more effort.
Quality
The advantage of a web design agency like Bajorat Media lies in the combination of design, WordPress development and online marketing understanding.
Become part of a success story we build together!
We support companies with websites, relaunches, WordPress projects and digital developments.
Conception, UI design and WordPress implementation intertwine instead of being created separately from each other.
Structure, loading times, internal links and indexable content are not only considered after the launch.
Budget
The number of pages is the weakest cost driver in a web project and is still the figure quoted most often. These four points move the budget considerably more. How we turn that into a quote is under pricing & cost.
The number of pages is the weakest cost driver in a web project. It is still the figure quoted most often.
It is not the number of subpages that costs, but the number of differently built page types. Thirty pages from five templates are cheaper than eight pages that all work differently.
That is why every project starts with structure, not with a draft. A clean component system costs more at the start and saves money from the second campaign page onwards.
In most projects the bottleneck is not the design but the copy. When content has to be created first, the effort shifts from design into editing — and usually the schedule with it.
We say early whether you can supply content yourself or whether SEO copywriting should become part of the project.
A relaunch on a green field is easier to plan than one that has to carry grown content, existing rankings and old URLs. The latter is usually the right decision, but it costs migration and redirect work.
What has to survive we clarify up front — otherwise a relaunch costs exactly the visibility that was there before. See search engine optimization.
Two visually identical websites can be technically worlds apart. Core Web Vitals, accessibility to WCAG, clean semantics and later extensibility are work you cannot see in the draft.
We make that decision explicit instead of quietly leaving it out. You then know what you are paying for — and what you are deliberately postponing.
Risk
We regularly see websites that look better after a relaunch and bring fewer inquiries. That is not a design problem but almost always a migration problem — and it is avoidable in four steps.
Before every relaunch we record which pages bring inquiries today.
Before every relaunch we secure the current state: which URLs receive search queries at all, which ones bring inquiries, which sites link to the domain from outside.
That takes a few hours and decides what has to be migrated and what can go without replacement. Without that list every later decision is guesswork.
A layout that only works with short copy forces content to be cut. If the site is also meant to be found in search, that is a conflict of goals — and it is cheaper to resolve in the draft than after launch.
So we plan page types around what the page has to do: convince, explain, sell, rank. That is why conception comes before design here.
If URLs change without a redirect, the new page loses the standing the old one built up over years. The same happens with shortened content: the very paragraphs that felt too long in the new layout were often the reason for the ranking.
Less obvious but just as effective: internal links that disappear. A tidied-up menu can accidentally cut the pages that used to bring inquiries out of the link network. The redirect list is therefore tested before launch, not after — background under search engine optimization.
The first weeks after a relaunch are the critical ones. We watch indexing, error pages, loading times and how the most important target pages develop — and correct while a drop can still be traced clearly to one cause.
A relaunch without that phase is half a project. If you want to hand operations over permanently afterwards, the right form is under WordPress maintenance.
FAQ
A few decisions can be easily clarified before the initial consultation.
We take care of both: conception, web design and technical implementation. We particularly often implement individual WordPress websites.
Yes. If the structure, technology or content is still viable, targeted optimization can make more sense than a complete relaunch.
Our focus is on individual solutions. Existing systems can make sense, but we plan the design and technology to suit the project rather than according to modular logic.
Very important. Page structure, headings, internal links, loading times and content modules should be taken into account in the conception.
Important factors are the number of page types and templates, the degree of individual development, existing content and design specifications, required interfaces and the condition of the existing website. The more clearly goals and content are defined in advance, the more efficient the project will be.
This depends heavily on the scope and speed of decision-making. Compact projects with a clear structure can be completed in six to eight weeks. Larger sites with individual designs, multiple page types and interfaces realistically take three to five months.
